Nature of the subscription

Our software is based on a subscription. This means, that a payments are made periodically instead of a one time fee. The subscription contains automatically all updates and new features. If you want to try out the software longer than the test time, we recommend a monthly subscription. This can be changed later to a yearly subscription.

License download

The license for the software will be downloaded every month. This will also be done for yearly licenses. You will get receive a regular notice with the option to download your current license automatically.

Length of subscription

The length of the subscription can be chosen next to the product in the shop. Longer subscriptions offer significant pricing reductions.

Attention: Subscriptions will be renewed automatically at the end of the chosen period if ordered via credit card and not canceled before. In case you have ordered via money transfer you will receive an E-Mail three weeks in advance with the account details and the hint to renew the license. Your license will be unlocked as soon as the money has been transfered. Please consider, that this may take up to 10 days.

Cancellation

It is possible to cancel at any time. This will not renew your license automatically anymore. We do not refund money for unused time of the subscription. In the shop you can see after logging in, when the next payment is due. It is sufficient to cancel one day before the license expires. In this case the software cannot be used anymore after the license expired.

Through the shop it is also possible to easily revert the cancellation until the end of the chosen period.

Miscellenious

In case your credit card expired your subscription will be automatically canceled and your license locked. You can easily order again through the shop with a new card or expiration date and have your license activated without delay.
