Terms to use the Fibotrader platform

Robert Fischer as the managing director of Fischer Finance Consulting AG is responsible for the Fibotrader platform, provided through the internet.

Fischer Finance Consulting AG is responsible for its own contents. FFC is not responsible for the contents of all other internet providers which are linked to the Fibotrader platform.

Fischer Finance Consulting AG cannot guarantee that the contents and the data it provides on the internet are complete, correct and up-to-date.

Each user who wants to be a member of the Fibotrader platform has a free trial period of 10 days for the Fibotrader software to find out, whether he agrees with the services FFC provides. By signing up with the Fibotrader platform the member agrees that he understands all relevant information FFC offers and tests them before they are used. FFC is not responsible for any information provided on the Fibotrader platform.

FFC is does not guarantee any correctness of the products it provides and serves the right to change the contents it provides in total or in parts at any time. FFC serves the right also to add, delete or stop providing any contents in total or in parts.

Any membership will be rolled over to the next membership period if the member has not cancelled the membership himself on the Fibotrader platform. FFC is not responsible for any cancellation a member sends via email to FFC. FFC cannot cancel a membership in behalf of a registered member.

FFC does not provide advice to buy or sell on any product shown on the Fibotrader platform. This holds especially true for the model portfolio. All buy or sell signals of the model portfolio are completely unsolicited and are only shown for educational purposes..

Historical performance is no guarantee for profitable investments in the future.

Fischer Finance Consulting AG is not reliable for any bad informations, damages or losses for the user resulting from the use of the products offered on the Fibotrader platform.

Products shown on the Fibotrader platform might have different Trademarks, belonging to different corporations. All rights of the Trademarks belong to the registered owners of the Trademarks.

It is unlawful to assumed that a product shown on the Fibotrader platform is not protected by a Trademark..

All pictures, graphics, written texts, programs and scripts and all data shown on the Fibotrader platform are copyright protected and can only be used under the terms Fischer Finance Consulting AG agrees with.

It is unlawful to copy or to use electronically in any which way pictures, graphics or texts without the written permission of Fischer Finance Consulting AG.

Fischer Finance Consulting AG is not responsible for the contents of pages or products linked together with the Fibotrader platform.

Fischer Finance Consulting AG confirms herewith that by the time hyperlinks were connected with the Fibotrader platform not unlawful contents could be found on the linked pages. Fischer Finance consulting is not responsible for any unlawful contents shown on linked pages.

It is unlawful to change any contents shown on the Fibotrader platform without written permission of Fischer Finance Consulting AG. It is not permitted to show any product or pages from Fischer Finance Consulting AG or the Fibotrader platform in Frames.
